    Since the early 1990s we have actively supported and participated in the universalisation of the Mine Ban Treaty and Convention on Cluster Munitions.

    As a member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines we are co-recipients of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize.

    We are a member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines and Cluster Munition Coalition (ICBL-CMC), the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), and the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN)
