Get Involved with SafeGround

Take action on landmines, cluster muntions and lethal autonomous weapons.

SafeGround is a not-for-profit organisation that works to protect people from legacy and indiscriminate weapons.

For more than 30 years SafeGround has engaged and worked with people and communities affected by war and conflict. Since the early 1990s we have actively supported and participated in the universalisation of the Mine Ban Treaty and Convention on Cluster Munitions. We are now working on the campaigning to stop lethal autonomous weapons.
As a member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines we are co-recipients of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize.

We are a member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines and ClusterMunition Coalition (ICBL-CMC), the International Campaign to Abolish NuclearWeapons (ICAN), the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN) and the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots.
